First Semester Report

THE FIRST SEMESTER REPORT HELPS SMUSA DETERMINE THE ACTIVITY LEVEL OF RATIFIED SOCIETIES THROUGHOUT THE SEMESTER. IT IS MANDATORY FOR EVERY RATIFIED SOCIETY TO SUBMIT THE FIRT SEMESTER REPORT FORM IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE RATIFIED SOCIETY HAS BEEN ACTIVE OR NOT THROUGHOUT THE SEMESTER. THE FIRST SEMESTER CAN BE EMAILED OR SUBMITTED TO THE SOCIETY COORDINATOR (5TH FLOOR, STUDENT CENTRE). THE FIRST SEMESTER REPORT IS DUE BY JANUARY 15TH AND SHOULD COVER THE PERIOD OF TIME FROM MAY 1ST TO DECEMBER 31TH. IF A SOCIETY DOES NOT BECOME RATIFIED UNTIL THE SECOND SEMESTER, THEN THEY WILL ONLY SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT.
