Office Space Application


Office applications are only for the available spaces in the Student Centre on the 5th floor and are only accepted at the end of each academic year for space in the following year. Society stability, finances, and programming are all considered.

The deadline for submitting the Society Office Space Application is October 1st .Only Ratified Societies are eligible for Society Office Space.

NOTE: Academic based societies requesting office space from the Students’ Association
must attach a signed letter from a faculty representative attesting to the fact that the
faculty has not provided the society with any office space.
