Saint Mary’s University takes pride in having one of the most diverse student populations in Canada. Under the Saint Mary’s University Students’ Association (SMUSA) umbrella, over 65 active student societies provide a comfort zone for students of all cultures, ethnicities and interests. SMUSA takes pride in providing diverse, educational and fun activities to engage our students. That’s why we’re proud to be hosting Welcome Weeks 2018, in cooperation with Saint Mary’s University!

Welcome Weeks is an annual event held for more than 7,000 students, including 1,000 new students. It’s filled with social events and educational activities designed to help new students make connections with their peers, the residence or off-campus Saint Mary’s community, and faculty & professors. Throughout Welcome Weeks, students will connect with support systems and resources, meet student leaders and members of the Saint Mary’s community, and will participate in fun, safe events & activities!
