Funded by the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia, the Wellness Ambassadors are students from the 2SLGBTQ+, International, African Descent, and Indigenous communities. Each Wellness Ambassador holds bi-weekly drop-in events for members of their communities to discuss mental health and their experiences on campus. Students who are members of these communities are welcome to attend drop-in group sessions or reach out to your Wellness Ambassador to arrange a one-on-one peer support session!
