In the upcoming SMUSA election, SMU students will have the chance to vote on a referendum concerning the removal of yearbook fees.
About the Referendum
Students will have an opportunity in the upcoming 2026-2027 SMUSA Election to vote on a referendum concerning the removal of yearbook fees. Students are currently charged $7.25 yearly for full time students and $5.25 yearly for part time students. However, yearbooks are no longer being made by SMUSA. Currently, the funds are going towards the Experiential Learning Fund.
