Charlie Da Fonseca

Hi everyone! My name is Charlie Da Fonseca. I'm a fifth-year student and a varsity men's hockey player. I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting, and I'm finishing my Master of Business Administration in December 2026.

I've tutored for the past four years, and it's become one of my favourite parts of university. Outside the classroom, I've gained hands-on accounting experience: I worked as a junior accountant in summer 2023 and as a staff accountant in summer 2024. That experience helps me show how the concepts you learn in class are actually used in the workplace.

Balancing varsity hockey with a full course load has taught me a lot about time management and staying on top of my studies, and I'm happy to share what's worked for me. I've helped many of my teammates do well in their commerce courses, especially accounting, and I'll bring that same level of care to working with you.

I can't wait to help you reach your academic goals!
