Isaac Cormier

My name is Isaac Cormier, and I am currently an MSc Applied Psychology student in the Forensic Psychology stream. I graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Psychology. In addition to my experience as a high-school math tutor and debate coach, I have worked as a research psychometrist with Nova Scotia Health and as a psychology technician, bringing practical experience in psychology and research to my tutoring.

As a tutor, my goal is to help students overcome any fear of the subject matter and work with them to develop realistic goals for success. I want students to build confidence in their understanding, excel in their coursework, and feel supported throughout their academic journey.

I love psychology and related subjects, and would be happy to assist students with life science calculus, advanced psychological statistics, and research methods. I can also provide tutoring for select psychology courses as requested, and also offer support with SPSS and R/RStudio for coursework.
