Sara Young

Hi! I’m Sara, a certified teacher and full-time math and statistics tutor. I’ve been tutoring since 1997 and working full time as a tutor since 2008.

I have a B.Sc. with an Advanced Major in Statistics from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor of Education. I work with high school, college, and university students in a variety of math and statistics courses.

My tutoring sessions are online through Google Meet. I use OneNote during lessons so we can work through questions together, and students receive access to the notes afterward so they can review what we covered.

I know that math and statistics can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I try to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working at their own pace.

You can learn more about me, my tutoring services, and current availability at www.msteachalot.com.
