I am a second-year student majoring in finance and marketing. I understand what it feels like to step into a new environment and work hard to find community. My campus involvement has always been about students first. As a Residence Service Officer, I support students day-to-day by listening to concerns, helping solve problems, and making sure residents feel safe, respected, and included. I also served as an Outreach Coordinator with the MENA Society, where I helped create connections and encourage students to get involved and feel a sense of belonging.
Outside of leadership roles, I’m passionate about soccer. Being part of a team has taught me discipline, accountability, and how to show up for others, qualities I bring into every responsibility I take on.
I’m running for the Board of Directors because I want students to feel heard, supported, and represented in real ways, not just in words. I want SMUSA to be more accessible, more responsive, and more connected to what students actually need. I’m someone who listens, follows through, and believes that trust is earned through consistent action. My goal is simple: put students first, and let the work speak for itself.
